So glad we went to this Show. Ouzles Mr Sugarman beat 50 other rats to win BEST PET (and Best Breeder Owned Pet!) Meanwhile, in Varieties, we won Best Provisional Standard, Best Roan (with a Kit), Best Siamese, Best Blue-Point Siamese, BEST SHADED, Best Silver Fawn, BEST AOV, Best Dumbo Shaded, BEST DUMBO, Best Guide Standard Kitten, BEST OPPOSITE AGE, and 4th in the Supreme Challenge!
We came away with 7 Rosettes and a total of 9 STARS! (see results)

Everyone braved Storm Dennis for this one!
So glad we did as we had two kitten wins (Roan and Siamese classes), and we won Best Blue Point Siamese.
Ouzles Lord Lucan II also won Best Silver Fawn, BEST AOV and came 3rd in the Supreme Challenge! (see results)

Had a smashing day out at the Midland Rat Club Event. First Show in ages! 
Won Best Roan (with a kit), Best Himalayan, Best Siamese, Best Blue Point Siamese, Best Wheaten Burmese, Best Dumbo Shaded, and BEST STUD BUCK. And a total of THREE STARS awarded. (see results)

Ouzles Son of Doris died, aged 34.0 months.
Known as Super SOD because he was such a super rat, this Black Berkshire Rex melted the hearts of everybody who met him. He also won Best Rex Dumbo at the one show he was entered in. Goodnight Sweetie; ever missed.

Ouzles Champagne Supernova ("Lily") died, aged 30.25 months.
Lily came back to us when her original owner had to give up their rats. She was a joy to look after in her latter years. She was a big old lump of champagne-coloured loveliness. She too will be missed.

Ouzles Haircut died, aged 31.6 months.

Haircut was a pretty Burmese Dumbo Doe and Queen of the Geriatrics' cage. She never gave me any babies but she was loved.

Ouzles 1 of the 122s died, aged 30.95 months. 
'1 of the 122s' was a Seal-Point Black-Eyed Siamese. He was Ouzles' first NFRS Silver Champion despite not starting his show life until he was 17 months of age - what most people would consider to be well past his prime! He won Best Shaded Dumbo 5 times, Best Dumbo 4 times, Best Novice and made 4th Supreme Champion once. He was a darling and leaves many descendants.

'6 of the 122s' was a beautiful, dark and dusky, Seal-Point Black-Eyed Siamese. He won Best Siamese at four NFRS Shows. He was a sweetheart and will be missed.
